Description
The AccentPDIR motorized stainless steel ball valve is designed for applications requiring continuous automatic flow control, specifically for applications sending liquid, gas, or air to a cooling tower. Motorized ball valves offered through Engineered Solutions.io are powered open by line voltage and closed by a built-in capacitor when power is removed from the valve.
The AccentPDIR motorized ball valve for cooling towers is rated IP65 and the junction box is NEMA4X. That junction box is attached with a high bond tape to prevent screws from compromising enclosure ratings. This motorized ball valve also features a manual override so it can be operated during a power failure.
